You can avail of replacement, in an unlikely event of the damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you. You can also return the product for a full refund.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund/replacement.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) Refund to your payment method

(b) A refund in store credit

(c) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

• After use, it is advisable to clean the pearls with a soft cotton cloth.
• Keep the pearls away from acid and liquid solutions.
• Avoid wrapping pearls in a colored paper and cloth which loses color.
• Avoid touching the pearls with a hard substance.
• Do not use perfume directly on the pearls.
• Do not polish any jewelry with pearls on it.
